Due to a shortage of drivers during the Coronavirus lockdown, Squarepeg have informed West Yorkshire Combined Authority they need to make a number of temporary changes to their bus services. The changes will be introduced on 16/11/20 and are summarised below. Please note that these are temporary changes and the journeys affected have very low usage.
9 White Rose Centre • Rothwell • Seacroft • Horsforth • Pudsey • Wortley
Several part-journeys with very little usage will be suspended on weekdays. The 0720 Wortley to White Rose journey will start from Horsforth at 0819. The school days 0802 Colton to Horsforth journey will be suspended and the 0714 White Rose to Seacroft journey will be extended to Horsforth to replace it. The 1610 Pudsey to White Rose journey will start from Seacroft at 1735. The 1624 White Rose to Horsforth will terminate at Seacroft at 1727.
21 Seacroft • Colton • Halton
The 1510 Seacroft to Halton and 1534 Halton to Seacroft journeys will be suspended.
22 Seacroft • Colton • Thorpe Park • Garforth • Kippax • Rothwell
The section of route between Thorpe Park and Rothwell will be suspended. The 0930 and 1130 Seacroft to Rothwell journeys will now terminate at Thorpe Park. The 1340 Seacroft to Swillington journey will run 30 minutes later and terminate at Thorpe Park. The 0937 Swillington to Seacroft journey will start from Thorpe Park at 1001. The 1130 Rothwell to Seacroft journey will start from Thorpe Park at 1211. The 1310 Rothwell to Seacroft, 1610 Seacroft to Thorpe Park, and 1631 Thorpe Park to Seacroft journeys will be suspended.
32 Horsforth • Holt Park
On weekdays, the 1142 Horsforth to Holt Park and 1200 Holt Park to Horsforth journeys will be suspended.
80 Old Farnley • Bramley • Pudsey Owlcotes Centre
The 1402 Old Farnley to Ganners Hill and 1410 Pudsey Owlcotes Centre to Bramley journeys will be suspended.
153 Rothwell • Castleford
Several journeys will be retimed or suspended. The 1110 Rothwell to Castleford and 1155 Castleford to Rothwell journeys will operate 10 minutes earlier throughout. The 1240 Rothwell to Castleford and 1325 Castleford to Rothwell journeys will operate 20 minutes later throughout. The 1410 Rothwell to Oulton Drive, 1545 Rothwell to Castleford, and 1630 Castleford to Rothwell journeys will be suspended.
