Description of Application: The premises has already run a series of test events on temporary event notices. These events have informed the design of the building, structural changes, in order for this full premises licence application to be made. The operator will then look to make incremental improvements to the existing building and infrastructure and run more events under the granted premises licence.
Every Day Events' - A multi-event premises whereby weddings, award dinners, food markets, product launches will take place on a regular basis. These will be limited to a capacity of 800 persons and ending at 01:00. These will operate without the special requirements that events normally operate, such as event management plan, etc.
Medium Events' - gigs, club nights, private events, these will be limited to a capacity of 1,500 persons, and ending at 04:00. These will be limited to 3 events per month.
Large Events' - The ability to run a number of large events, up to 2,500 people whereby these will be restricted to end at 23:00. These will be limited to 2 events per month.
All events listed above would be subject to 30 event days per year for events finishing before 23:00 with a noise level of 5dB above background. Events continuing after 23:00 and all additional events would be inaudible within noise sensitive properties.
