Description of Application: The minor variation is to add the following :-
Alcohol can be stored and supplied (by way of table service) from a locked secured area on the terrace to allow customers to consume alcohol while seated. Use of the terrace area can be used as specified Sunday to Thursday 8am until midnight, Friday & Saturday 8am until 3am and the Sunday preceding a bank holiday Monday 8am until 3am.
At any time when Section 11 of the Business and Planning Act 2020 has effect, the terrace shall form part of the licensed area of the premises. The terrace shall not be part of the licensed area once Section 11 of the Business and Planning Act 2020 has been repealed, after which patrons shall not be allowed to use any external area after 23:00 hours for the consumption of food and drink.
