BEESTON HILL HOUSING INSPECTIONS

 Today I joined the Housing Leeds estate inspection of the Westbournes, Colvellys, and Lodge Lane on Beeston Hiil.

This is a bit of an odd inspection as there are only a small number of Housing Leeds properties in a mainly privately owned area.

We were therefore joined by the local Cleaner Neighbourhoods Enforcement Officer who looks after environmental issues for non-council properties.

It was a pretty standard inspection, with some fly tipping, spotting blocked drains, overgrown bushes, damaged guttering and down pipes, issues with bins, and excessive garden waste, etc.

This has all now been reported to the correct teams to address, and hopefully result in a significant improvement of the local environment visually.
