Thank you to officers in City Centre Management, Safer Leeds, and Cllr Pryor for listening to myself and my Labour colleagues In Beeston and Holbeck, Little London and Woodhouse, and Burmantofts and Richmond Hill on this issue.

The new signs alongside the current Public Space Protection Order will hopefully educate delivery cyclists to do the right thing in the densely used pedestrian areas of the City Centre.

If not, there will be no ambiguity over the Council's ability to take action where necessary.

The safety of pedestrians is absolutely paramount.
