Dewsbury Road hub Bench update

 I promised I would move the benches outside Dewsbury Road Community Hub and Library, which were the epicentre of antisocial behaviour and street drinking locally.

I'm a huge promoter of more benches, as they do a significant amount of good by providing resting spots, but this site was simply too problematic.

We have also just approved the funding to remove the planter. We'll replant what we can, saving as much as we can, and the wood itself will be donated to a community group for them to use to create a new planter elsewhere. The area will then be grassed.
