Description of Application: The premises currently have the benefit of a premises licence for the current activities and days:

The sale of alcohol, Indoor sporting events, Live music, Recorded music –

every day 10:00 until 00:00

Late night refreshment - every day 23:00 until 00:00.

The variation application seeks to:

1. Extend the hours for licensable activities (sale of alcohol, recorded music and late night refreshment) to 03:00 Friday and Saturday night only.

2. Extend the opening hours on a Friday and Saturday night only to 03:30.

3. Add the following condition to the premises licence: further liaison with West Yorkshire Police, 'from 23:00 until closing on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday preceding a Bank Holiday Monday, there will be a minimum of one SIA registered door staff on the premises. For all other times, the requirement for door staff will be risk assessed by the DPS'

Non-standard timings

10:00 New Year’s Eve - 00:00 2nd January.

10:00 - 01:00 Sunday and Monday on Bank Holiday weekends, Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.

10:00 - 01:00 on up to 10 other events per annum at the discretion of the licence holder.
