ℹ️ BRETT GARDENS FORMER DEPOT UPDATE

IRS Construction have now confirmed that the compound, used for the works on Greenhouse, will have reinstatement work commence on it by the 18th of August 2025. This will be completed by the end of the month, with grass seed planted. Once the work is completed, the land will be returned to the grass contract for the next season, to be maintained going forward.

The plan is to still fence the front to the land to prevent vehicle access, with trees and other landscaping planned to create a more natural and pleasant environment for residents. Updated quotes for this work are being obtained and once confirmed, we’ll let residents know when the work is due to happen, but this will likely be this winter.
