Culmination of VE Day Celebrations

 Last night, I attended my last VE80 event to remember the second world war, and those who fought in it, and celebrate the day peace came to Europe.

Sarata Sawo and I heard some inspirational stories and heard amazing music.

Thank you to the Lord Major, Cllr Abigail Marshall Katung, Leeds Minster, Cllr Jane Dawson and the amazing service personnel and veterans who made this all happen.
