FULL COUNCIL MEETING

 Yesterday was Leeds City Council Full Council.

I spoke as the Chair of South and West and Panel, but lots of issues were raised throughout that six hour meeting, including: highways issues, Leeds Bradford Airport, illegal e-bikes, Mary Morris House, footfall in the city centre, the housing crisis, utilities companies, the council’s planning process, speeding fines, HMOs, street cafe licenses, and Leeds’ economic vision, and much more.
