Pothole reporting

The trick is knowing who to tell and telling them. If they don't know, it could take months to be spotted by an inspection team.
For Local Streets & Residential Roads (Most roads in Leeds, including the city centre): These are managed by Leeds City Council.
Report it here: https://www.leeds.gov.uk/.../report-an-issue-with-a-road...
Urgent repairs are usually looked at by the next working day, while non-urgent ones aim for 28 days. Not sure if it's a council road, then the link above has a "Street Register" so you can check.
For Motorways & Major A-Roads (M1, M62, A1M, etc.): These are looked after by National Highways, not the council.
Report online: https://report.nationalhighways.co.uk/ or call 0300 123 5000 (24/7).
Important: If a pothole is dangerous or causing an immediate hazard on a fast road, please call rather than using the website.
