In the interests of public safety it is considered necessary to prohibit vehicular use of Pepper Road, Hunslet, outside Parnaby Tavern at its junction with Woodhouse Hill Road.
A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Pepper Road, Midland Road, Balm Road, Belle Isle Road, East Grange Drive, Middleton Road and vice versa. [Access to pedestrians, property and for emergency vehicles and construction traffic will be maintained.]
The works are to take place from Monday 17 August Friday 28th August between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30. The road will be reopened outside of these times.
