As restrictions have eased, bus operators are bring service levels back up to normal. This process will continue throughout August, and they hope to have all services back to normal from 30th / 31st August. However, due to social distancing in place on buses, capacity on services has reduced by approximately 50%.
A1 Leeds – Kirkstall – Horsforth – Leeds Bradford Airport
This new service will replace service 757, operating to a revised timetable.
A2 Bradford – Greengates – Apperley Bridge Station – Yeadon – Leeds Bradford Airport – Harrogate
This new service will replace service 747, operating to a revised route and timetable. Between Greengates and Rawdon it will serve Apperley Bridge Railway Station for rail connections. Between Rawdon and Yeadon the route will be revised to run via Henshaw Lane. Between Yeadon and Leeds Bradford Airport it will run via High Street. Kirk Lane and Cemetery Road will be served by service A3.
A3 Bradford – Shipley – Guiseley – Yeadon – Leeds Bradford Airport
This new service will replace service 737, operating to a revised route and timetable. Between Guiseley and Yeadon the route will be revised to run via The Green, Leeds Road, New Road and Kirk Lane. Between Yeadon and Leeds Bradford Airport it will run via Cemetery Road.
163/66 Castleford – Kippax – Garforth – Leeds
Minor timetable changes will be introduced.
164 Leeds – Crossgates – Garforth – Micklefield – Selby
This is a new Mon-Sat service replacing 402/403, running every half-hour between Leeds and Garforth with one journey every two hours extending to Selby Mon-Sat off-peak and with some additional peak journeys for Micklefield. The route between Leeds and Garforth (Wakefield Road) will be the same as the 163 with journeys towards Selby and all journeys towards Leeds serving Barley Hill Road. Lidgett Lane and Selby Road, Garforth will continue to be served by First 19/19A. Some journeys will serve Sherburn Industrial Estate.
167/168 Castleford – Woodlesford – Leeds
Minor timetable changes will be introduced.
189 Wakefield – Normanton – Castleford – Mickletown – Leeds
Minor timetable changes will be introduced. The 1735 (Sat) journey from Wakefield will be extended to Leeds.
402/403 Leeds – Crossgates – Garforth – Micklefield – Selby
This service will be withdrawn and replaced by new service 164.
737 Bradford – Shipley – Guiseley – Yeadon – Leeds Bradford Airport
This service will be withdrawn and replaced by Transdev service A3.
747 Bradford – Greengates – Yeadon – Leeds Bradford Airport – Harrogate
This service will be withdrawn and replaced by Transdev service A2.
757 Leeds – Kirkstall – Horsforth – Leeds Bradford Airport
This service will be withdrawn and replaced by Transdev service A1.
X60 Castleford – Kippax – Leeds
A revised timetable will be introduced with some journeys running up to ten minutes later.
