Active Leeds Update

Active Leeds Time Table

Leeds Let’s Get Active: There are still space for the last few weeks if you want to give something a try. The free community based weekly sessions are also restarting. They look at providing free activity over a number of weeks to support a group to become active. They are looking for partners who may have a group who are inactive and may potentially want to try an activity.

Leeds Let's Get Active Time Table

Due to the current situation, these could be a weekly virtual class, or it could be safe socially distanced activities within current guidelines. They have some instructors who may be able to deliver something, but they are also very open to partnership work and funding another provider who may be able to offer what your group needs.

If you have a group, and there is an activity that they may like to try which would help them move more, then get in touch and they can see how we can best support it.
