mean streets to clean streets

 I dropped into the evening session of the "Mean Streets to Clean Streets" meeting Hamara Healthy Living Centre to hear about their plans to do a high intensity street cleaning project on Beeston Hill.

It's fair to say they have some quite ambitious aspirations, which is never a bad thing.

I'll happily be as supportive in terms of the council's experience of the challenges in the area, both social and logistically, and where feasible, provide officer support.
