ℹ️ NO BALL GAMES AND NO CYCLING SIGNS

Housing Leeds are removing all the "No Ball Games" and "No Cycling" signs from their estates across the ward.
The signs have long not been enforceable and cause confusion and unnecessary disagreements between residents, plus we are actively encouraging children to be physically active, so it is also counter productive.
However, balls repeatedly hitting people's walls accidentally or being done with intent, or repeated accidentally damage to property or being done so with intent, will still be handled as antisocial behaviour and handled accordingly - just as it is currently.
