Full Council

Today I spoke at Leeds City Council Full Council on the Annual Planning Report as Chair of the South and West Plans Panel.

I thanked hardworking officers for the work they do, raised the challenges panel members face carrying out their qusi-judicial, and future issues the system will face as we aim to build the homes and businesses of the future.
