ℹ️ INNER SOUTH WEST COMMUNITY COMMITTEE JULY 2025

On Wednesday, the first meeting of the new Leeds Inner South West Community Committee. The meeting was largely an admin exercise, agreeing roles and how we will run the committee.

I was appointed to be the committee’s representative to the Inner South Communities Local Care Partnership, which helps oversees health provision for this area of Leeds, and I was also appointed to Chair the Environmental Delivery Group for the committee area, which will oversee the work we do to improve the areas local environment.

- Inner South West Menopause and Midlife Health Support

- Replacement Defib for Hunslet Church of the Nazarene

- Royal Grove and Court Shrubbery Clearance

- Royal Estate Action Day

- Cross Flatts Park Breeze Leeds in the Park

- Friends of Cross Flatts Park Bands in the Park

- Red Flags interactive theatre workshops

- Removal of benches and planter at Dewsbury Road Hub

- Let's Do More Summer Basketball Camp at Cross Flatts Park

- Youth Music Engagement Project

- Hunslet Moor Depot Removal

- Hunslet Church of the Nazarene Fire Doors
