Licencing Application Solution

It is good to finally see the application resolved in line with those times and conditional I required in addition to those requested by West Yorkshire Police and Environmental Protection.

Sale of alcohol will be allowed from 11:00 - 00:00 Sunday to Thursday, and 11:00 - 01:30 Friday and Saturday under the new licence terms. There was a host of other conditions.

This is significantly less than the original application request and in line with other local premises, ensuring equity but preventing new nuisance in the area at significantly different times.
