PROPOSAL TO EXTEND SELECTIVE LICENCING

There is one week left to share your thoughts on our proposal to expand the selective licensing scheme in East, South, and West Leeds

The scheme would mean that landlords would need a license to rent a house in certain areas, on the condition they keep homes safe and well-managed.

Under the current version of the scheme in Beeston and Harehills, over 1,500 houses have been improved, with over 5,500 people benefitting.
